The E.M.’s full title continued, or, a System of Universal Knowledge on a Methodical Plan Projected by Samuel Taylor Coleridge. In good condition.
This copy belonged to James Geikie (1839-1915), Professor of Geology at Edinburgh and brother of Archibald Geikie, 4th Director of the Geological Survey. His signature on the half-title and on rear end-papers. The book plate is his calling card while at the Geological Survey (1862-1882).
