Original leather binding, manuscript title on paper label on spine. leather over front hinge cracked but binding and hinges are sound. Bumped and worn, leather split on base edge of front cover. Text age-toned but clean, unmarked. End papers marginally torn on front edges over leather. In good condition.

Although the book primarily concerns the waters of the area and the minerals that they contain, it is typical of the period as it contains meteorological, population and agricultural records for the area.
