Hand coloured engraving, 69 x 54cm, dissected and mounted on linen folding to 18 x 10cm between grey card covers and fitting green cloth-covered slip case with C. Smith label. The map has a faint plate mark and is age-toned, the colours are clear and bright. The linen is intact, The slip case has bumped and frayed base corners but, otherwise, surprisingly little wear. The label has the ‘Geological Map of’ pasted over the standard label. The name Ingleborough in manuscript is written on the slip case label and on the map front cover. Case and map in good to very good condition.
