Inset in upper right includes Orkney and Shetland Isles. Adjacent areas of Ireland and England are coloured. Colours bright, paper clean, linen age-darkened but intact. The cover is slightly bumped with little wear. Index map to Bartholomew’s half inch map series of Scotland on back of Explanatory Notes so as to face index map to Bartholomew’s half inch map series of England and Wales attached to back of map to face outwards.
